System Agnostic

Consent in Gaming: An extensive talk about making sure your group is comfortable with the topics presented in the game, such as the amount of gore, romance, sex, and so on. MCG Shop link

Fifth Edition-compatible

Arcana of the Ancients free preview: Numenera-style ancient technology, equipment, magic items, and creatures for 5E. If you love stuff like Expedition to the Barrier Peaks, this is for you. MCG Shop link

Cypher System/Numenera

(Many of the things listed here are parts of the free preview PDF of a book, which usually contains character options, equipment, and creatures.)
